Joseph Mansour’s path to commercial real estate began with a firsthand understanding of the retail business. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Joseph worked in retail business before turning his focus to commercial real estate in 1997. Two years later, he founded Mansour Capital Group with a vision of acquiring and holding well-located retail properties throughout Greater Tampa. Since then, Joseph has helped grow MCG alongside his family, building a privately owned portfolio with a long-term approach to investment and ownership. Today, he leads the firm’s acquisition and investment decisions, applying decades of experience in retail real estate and leasing while remaining focused on prime locations, lasting value, and strong relationships with tenants and the community.
