In 1980, the Mansour family arrived in Boston with little more than determination and a dream. Like many before us, we came to America in search of opportunity. Also like many before us, we found it through hard work, sacrifice, and a deep belief in what was possible.
Starting with humble beginnings, we put ourselves through school and began working in the retail industry, saving every dollar we could. Eventually, our efforts paid off: we purchased our first business, then another, planting the seeds for something much bigger.

Tampa Here We Come
In 1990, we moved to Tampa, Florida, and that move marked the true beginning of our journey. We entered the retail fuel and convenience store space, and soon expanded into food service and paved the way for future real estate ventures.
We’ve proudly partnered with Shell/MOTIVA since 1986, growing from a single location to 20 across the Tampa area. In 1994, we became the first in Central and West Central Florida to co-brand Shell and Subway in one retail location. This move helped set a new standard for combining food service with fuel.
Over the years, we’ve continued to grow and evolve. From operating multiple Subway locations since 1995, to running Blimpie restaurants from 1996 to 2006, and still serving Tampa today. No matter the location, our commitment to quality and community has never wavered.
As the next generation, we grew up immersed in the family business. Summers were spent learning hands-on in our Subway shops, convenience stores, and even a health-forward smoothie concept. That upbringing shaped us, and now we’re taking the next step.
A Real Estate Focus
Today, our primary focus is real estate investment and development. But our roots in food and retail remain strong. Most recently, we acquired franchise rights to Presotea in the greater Tampa Bay area, bringing a global boba tea brand to our local market.
We’ve been fortunate to work with trusted partners like Shell, Chevron, Citgo and Subway. And while a lot has changed since 1980, our values haven’t: work hard, stay grounded, and build something that lasts.
